How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion through the app settings or by emailing us at support@tryease.app. We will process your request within 30 days.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to your device's Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Ease to manage or cancel your subscription.
Is my data private?
Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Your substance tracking data is kept confidential and is never sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
